Rope4 Reaches New Heights!????️

On 4 November 2025, Rope4 Outdoor Education proudly celebrates another historic milestone for Bangladesh’s mountaineering community. Ahoshanozzaman Toukir, a climber trained and developed entirely through Rope4, has successfully summited Ama Dablam (6,812m) at 12:55 pm, one of the most technically challenging and iconic peaks of the Himalayas.

This expedition was undertaken by two Rope4 climbers, Ahoshanozzaman Toukir and Abrarul Amin Arnob. Nevertheless, Arnob displayed remarkable strength and determination throughout the ascent, reaching the Mushroom Ridge. There, he made the responsible and courageous decision to return, prioritizing safety and long-term mountaineering vision. This reflects true climbing maturity — knowing that success in the mountains is not only measured by reaching the summit, but by the wisdom of the choices made along the way. Rope4 proudly recognizes Arnob’s discipline and spirit.

This season, both Climbers faced harsh weather conditions that forced them to wait for an extended period at base camp. Their patience and perseverance paid off when the skies finally cleared, allowing them to begin their summit push and successfully reach the top, adding another glorious chapter to Bangladesh’s mountaineering history.

This achievement also marks a proud moment for Rope4 Outdoor Education. Founded in 2017 by Mohiuddin Mahi (Founder & CEO), an Internationally Certified Mountaineering Instructor and Marufa Haque (Foubder & Chairperson), Rope4 began as a youth development platform and has since grown into Bangladesh’s first Mountaineering Training Platform. To spread the opportunity to the enthusiasts, “Mission Himalaya”, a nationwide mountaineering competition program was designed and operated in 2018 to identify, train and provide an high altitude expesition as award to the mountaineers from the grassroots level. Since then Mission Himalaya has been a brand among young people to get involved un every alternative years.

Ahoshanozzaman Toukir, the champion of that Mission Himalaya 2022, and Abrarul Amin Arnob, a participant, both trained directly under Mohiuddin Mahi. Their years of dedication, discipline, and training have culminated in this remarkable success — a testament to the vision and persistence behind Rope4’s mission.

Congratulations to Ahoshanozzaman Toukir, Abrarul Amin Arnob, and the entire Rope4 Outdoor Education family for this extraordinary achievement that continues to elevate Bangladesh’s presence in the world of mountaineering.

Now, Rope4 stands proudly not just at the summit of Ama Dablam but as a platform committed to training, inspiring, and elevating the next generation of Bangladeshi mountaineers.

Congratulations to Toukir, Arnob, and the entire Rope4 family.

Together, we climb higher.
