Climb to spread awareness!

Breast cancer—still a silent battle for countless women. Every day in Bangladesh, many mothers, sisters, and daughters are fighting this war, where awareness and proactive measures can save their lives. Climb to spread awareness expedition aims to convey the message that “Nobody Walks Alone”.  

To highlight this reality, five Bangladeshi climbers are setting out to conquer the summit of Nepal’s Lobuche East Peak (6,119 meters) in the Himalayas, October 2025. 

The journey objective: 

  • Raising awareness: Informing the public about the risks of breast cancer, its early signs, and the importance of early treatment.
  • A symbol of courage: Every step will reflect the unwavering spirit of cancer warriors.
  • Building a national movement: Uniting the general public, students, sponsors, and cancer survivors through the slogan “Fight Back Together – Nobody Walks Alone.”
  • Bangladesh on the world stage: Showcasing Bangladesh’s image internationally—not just as climbers, but as ambassadors of social change.

The goal is not just to conquer the mountain—but to reflect the courage of cancer warriors, spread the light of awareness, and awaken the power of unity among everyone!

Rope4 has a big dream of establishing an internationally recognized mountaineering training center right here in Bangladesh. The potential supporters are encouraged for a collective enthusiasm on this journey along with love and good wishes. 

Rope4 is an open platform for the youth of Bangladesh. It helps young people dream and fulfill their aspirations through various adventure activities. The journey of Rope4 began in 2017. Since then, it has been promoting climbing and various thrilling activities among the youth of Bangladesh through adventure courses, mountaineering training, workshops, and adventure camping.

Since 2022, Rope4 has successfully organized Himalayan expeditions and popular treks, enabling aspiring Bangladeshi adventurers to undertake safe mountain expeditions through proper training. Following a zero tolerance policy against harmful drugs including smoking, Rope4’s goal is to inspire young people to lead a healthy, positive, and adventurous lifestyle.
